Days are getting shorter, nights are getting longer. Bedrooms need to look nicer. Norwegian wallpaper supplier Scandinavian Surface has released new nature inspired prints that make your bedroom look like an enchanted forest.
What’s not to love about that?
My favourite is the Lost Landscape. But the wallpaper on it’s own won’t make your bedroom (although with this one it’s close), so I’ve selected some items to go with it to get the total Nordic Noir moody feeling of playing with shadows and light and textures.
The pendant lamp is Z1 Black Sisal Lamp from Ay Illuminate, as seen in Milla Boutique. The tactile bedlinen in linen is from HM Home, as is the grey, knitted throw. The blue bedspread, also linen, is Rhomb from Gant. The rug is vintage, it is called Copenhagen and I found it at the lovely shop Bolina. Same place has faux plants, this one is Cycas from Mr Plant. The table (because why on earth should you use a traditional night stand) is Tray Table from Hay. The beautiful baskets are from Tine K Home.
There, sorted your bedroom for you. And if you’d prefer something else on a different budget, feel free to contact me with your wishes. I am available for interior consulting and personal shopping, so you can get on with your super exciting life – and still come back to an enticing home when you’re done.
